Directorate of Internal Audit
The Directorate of Internal Audit (headed by Peter Kirimunda, Chief Internal Auditor) is an independent appraisal function established within the Authority to examine and evaluate its activities as a service delivery body. This Directorate is headed by a Director supported by two Senior Internal Auditors and three (3) Auditors.
Directorate of Projects
The Directorate of Projects (headed by Eng, James Okiror, pictured)is responsible for the implementation of the national roads development programmes. The Directorate is headed by a Director and is staffed with six Project Managers and 6 Project Engineers.

The Directorate of Operations (headed by Eng, Kimeze Ssebbugga, pictured) is responsible for the maintenance of the national roads network including the management of ferries and axle load control with the aim of preserving the investment made in roads and providing good road driving conditions to road users.
