The Directorate of Finance and Administration (headed by Joe Ssemugooma - pictured), is responsible for the business and financial control of UNRA. This involves regular accounting, budgeting and provision of management and financial information to ensure financial and legal propriety.
The Directorate of Internal Audit (headed by Peter Kirimunda, Chief Internal Auditor) is an independent appraisal function established within the Authority to examine and evaluate its activities as a service delivery body. This Directorate is headed by a Director supported by two Senior Internal Auditors and three (3) Auditors.
The Directorate of Projects (headed by Eng, James Okiror, pictured)is responsible for the implementation of the national roads development programmes. The Directorate is headed by a Director and is staffed with six Project Managers and 6 Project Engineers.
